What happens to the information you send us.

Only what you type into our quote form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us — company, phone number, what you are interested in, a partition configuration, and your message. We also note which page you sent it from.

We do not collect anything else that identifies you. This site has no advertising or tracking cookies.

Visits are counted without cookies, using Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, the referring site, and the country and device type. It also counts when someone taps the phone number or email address or sends the quote form, but never what was typed. None of it identifies you, and nothing is stored on your device.

To keep out spam, the quote form and the staff sign-in run Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that looks at your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy; we only receive a pass or fail.

To reply to your request and to quote and follow up on the work you asked about. A copy of each request is emailed to InnerPack staff so they see it quickly. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Requests are stored in a secured database that only InnerPack staff can read, through a password-protected page. The website is hosted with Vercel and the database with Supabase, both in the United States.

The public site sets no cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for InnerPack staff using the internal admin page.
