Distribution
Stocked for your line. Not for a catalog.
Our distribution business is customer specific. We only stock what our customers ask us to — then we manage that inventory and deliver it just in time.

Customer specific
We only stock what you ask us to.
Most distributors fill a warehouse and hope it sells. We start from your usage: the items you buy, how many you go through and how often you run. That is what we hold for you, and nothing on our shelves is there by guesswork.
- Corrugated boxes, RSC and die cut
- Stretch film, hand and machine grade
- Carton sealing tape and strapping
- Foam, bubble, and void fill
- Poly bags, liners, and ESD materials
- Labels, edge protectors, and pallets

Packaging equipment
The machines that run the materials.
We represent Eagle packaging machinery, manufactured by Berran: strapping machines, stretch wrappers and case sealers. The equipment on your line and the materials it runs can come from the same supplier.

Vendor managed inventory
We own the reorder point.
Your buyer should not spend their week writing purchase orders for stretch film. We count your packaging, hold the stock, and keep the levels where we agreed they should be.
Walk the floor
We inventory what you use, where it sits, and how fast it moves. Usually this turns up three or four SKUs nobody has reordered on purpose in years.
Set the levels
Min and max for every item, agreed with you. Those numbers are ours to hit, not your buyer's to chase.
Count and replenish
We come in on a schedule, count what is on the rack, and refill it. You see a delivery, not a purchase order.
Adjust with demand
When a program ramps or ends, the levels move with it. Nothing sits on your floor because a forecast changed.
Just-in-time delivery
Delivered the week you run the job.
Holding six skids of boxes for a job that runs in March is storage you are paying for. We warehouse the release quantity and deliver against your schedule instead.
Local delivery
Fort Wayne and the surrounding area on our own box truck. No carrier window and no missed appointment — we control the route.
Nationwide freight
Parcel and LTL to any plant or warehouse in the country, with the same lead times on repeat orders.
Release orders
Price the full quantity, take delivery in the amounts you can actually store, and pay as you draw it down.
