We make the inside of the box.

Customized corrugated and chipboard products — partitions, die cuts and inserts — built on our own line in Fort Wayne to the part you actually ship.

Change the cell count and the drawing rebuilds. That is roughly what a changeover looks like on our floor — a setup change, not a new production schedule.

How we work

Built for the way your line actually runs.

Most packaging problems are really timing problems, storage problems, and parts arriving scuffed. This is how our line is set up to fix them.

TOLERANCE

Built to your design

Send us the part, not a guess at the dimensions. We build around what you actually ship, so parts stop moving and stop scuffing.

SETUP

Quick changeover

Our line is set up for short runs. Changing cell count or board caliper is a setup change, not a production schedule, so small orders do not wait behind large ones.

RUN SIZE

Prototype to production

No minimum that makes a sample pointless. Prove the design on a short run, then release production.

FORMAT

Flat or assembled

Ship knocked down to save freight and floor space, or arrive assembled and ready to drop in.

What we manufacture

Customized corrugated products manufactured to your design.

A part that is close enough is a part that moves in transit. We build to your design — send dimensions, a print or a sample, and we work from that.

Quick changeover

Small orders don't wait behind big ones.

Our line is set up so that changing cell count, board caliper, or panel height is a setup change measured in minutes. That is why a 200-piece order and a 20,000-piece order can run the same week.

Order lands

We confirm the design against your part.

Setup

Slitters, scores and dies reset to the new layout.

The equipment your parts run on.

Die cutters, slotters, a folder gluer and the saws and slitters that set up every run — all in our Fort Wayne plant.

For box manufacturers

We don't compete with your box supplier. We fill their boxes.

Corrugated plants build the box. We build what goes inside it. When a customer needs a partition or die cut their box maker doesn't run, we quote it, make it, and ship it to whichever dock the job needs — theirs or the end customer's.
